BILLY

BILLY is a reporting tool that collects and analyses the call detail records (CDRs) generated by an IP telephony solution based on the Cisco IP Communications.
BILLY
manages a unique archive where information on both incoming and outgoing calls is stored, as well as details such as calling number, called number, date, time, and duration of the call. BILLY allows online analysis of the archive, definition of multiple filters, and export in both comma-separated value (CSV) and PDF formats.
BILLY
also features an option to schedule generation of single or recurrent reports, specifying the time of the day, day of the week, and a personal filter. BILLY can also enable automatic forwarding of a report to a specific email address.

SPEEDY is an application that enables the creation of customisable directories that can be viewed by IP phones enabled by Extensible Mark-up Language (XML) on the Cisco IP Communications.
SPEEDY can import contacts from CSV files and can add contacts one by one and organize them in folders through a simple Web interface. Users can also create personal directories and contacts, which will be viewed only by the owner of the IP phone.
