Concerto is an application that was conceived
to choose any kind of audio file as a
Music On Hold for an IP Telephony solution
based on Cisco CallManager Express from
Cisco Systems™.

Cisco System™ requirements
In order to activate Concerto on the
Cisco Systems™ CallManager Express
router (and voice gateway) you only
need to insert a specific dial-peer
and an ephone-dn. This will be done
once and further operations will be
automatically managed by Concerto itself.
Server requirements
The Operating Systems supported and required
are the following:
- Microsoft™ Windows 2000 Server
with SP4,
- Microsoft™ Windows XP Professional,
- Microsoft™ Windows Server 2003
Standard, SBS Edition, Enterprise or
Data Center Edition.
The minimum Hardware requirements are
the following:
- High class processor (Pentium™ 3.0
Ghz),
- 256 Mb RAM,
- 20 GB Hard Drive,
License model
Concerto is licensed per system.
This means that each license is able
to handle the whole IP Telephony system
regardless the number of users.
