BILLY Blue's is the ideal solution for the analysis and the accounting of the telephony traffic in a Cisco Unified Communication Manager environment, applicable to midsized companies as well as large enterprises.
Easy to use, multicarrier and ready to deploy, thanks to BILLY Blue's, both single site and multi site companies, connected among them with a permanent connection, will be able to centrally document and manage telephone statistics and traffic.
BILLY Blue's is based on a Microsoft® SQL Server database, thus granting maximum security with high level performance even when archives reach millions of entries.
BILLY Blue's automatically organizes data into tables, produces preconfigured statistics and, thanks to a dashboard, provides ready to use.

BILLY Blue's, apart from showing real time traffic statistics, allows printing and exporting into different formats (PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, RTF, TXT, CSV), planning an automatic delivery into a personal email account with a personally defined scheduling.
It is possible to easily apply filters to each report thanks to advanced tools that allow the personalization of the set of data and saving it into a Personal folder for recalling it with just a simple mouse click.
All reports can also be personalized with Company Logo and, should the need arise to modify the content of reports layouts, it is possible to request the customization as an additional service.

For Billy Blue's, the application license is based on the number of users, but the system requirements depend on the average number of calls that will be managed by the application per month.
