BILLY2.0 is an accounting and reporting tool which collects the Call Detail Records (CDR). It also provides searching from CDR's and reporting through an advanced filtering engine. The reports can be created and scheduled in order to analyze and monitor the company, department and user telephony traffic and produce the calls invoice.

BILLY2.0 supports both single-site and multi-site environment through the simple cost center reporting concept.
Easy and simple security level: restricted user and administrator. Users have access to his/her own call reports, administrators have access to all users' call reports and may build full reports. An unlimited number of users or administrators may be defined.
BILLY2.0 masks the last digits of the dialed number by default to enhance privacy. This feature may be disabled if permitted by local privacy laws.

BILLY2.0 supports different kind of call report formats: web (html), csv, xls and pdf. The easiest one is the web report, where you can live-query the database with calls.

Otherwise, you can select to create a report in comma separated value (csv) or Excel format (xls) for post processing purposes, or choose to generate a static report (pdf)
Note: The .pdf writer used is built by a Stonevoice proprietary engine and does not need any kind of external license.
In the images below you can find an example of a pdf report. As you can see, a graphic also displays the overall results.

A billing tool's power is to rely on an advanced filter which enables the authorised users to search and analyse the phone traffic report. BILLY2.0 has very powerful filtering capabilities that can be applied to several vertical markets.
The filtering parameters are the following:
• Calling number
• Called number
• Start Time
• Stop Time
• Duration
• Date
• Cost Center
The filtering conditions are the following:
• Is exactly
• Begins with
• Ends with
• Contains
• Does not begin with
• Does not end with
• Does not contain
• Is empty
• Is not empty
Also, the authorised users can add multiple conditions (logical AND) to search through the displayed data.
Advanced filtering methods can be used, such as wildcards in the field to be searched (similar to the MicrosoftT Windows OS) as indicated hereafter:
• * : means any char sequence
• ? : means any char
• [abc]: means a,b or c char
• [a-z]: means any char from a to z

Filters can be created and used on one occasion or can be named and saved as personal filters in order to be used again in the future.

BILLY2.0 also features an option to schedule one shot or recurrent reports generation specifying:
- The time of the day, day of the week or day of the month;
- The filter to be applied for the report generation
- The e-mail address to forward automatically the generated reports.

BILLY2.0 rate profiles are meant to calculate calls costs; these are based upon 2 parameters:
- The Group: it associates the prefix list to a group name, identifying a range of calls, as shown in the figure below

Server requirements
The Operating Systems supported and required are the following:
- MicrosoftT Windows 2000 Server with SP4,
- MicrosoftT Windows XP Professional,
- MicrosoftT Windows Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise or Data Center Edition.
The minimum Hardware requirements are the following:
- Basic Class Processor (PentiumT 1.4 Ghz),
- 256 Mb RAM,
- 20 GB Hard Drive,
- 1 Network Interface Card.
License model
BILLY2.0 is licensed per system. This means that each license is able to handle the whole IP Telephony system regardless the number of users.
