Stonevoice Demo Express
   
The Stonevoice Demo Express provides you with the necessary Callmanager Express and Stonevoice Application Suite configurations to have your demo/test system up and running in less than half an hour.

Prerequisite

The Callmanager Express recommended version is 3.2.1 and above on your Cisco Router running IOS 12.3.11T9 or 12.4.3(c).
Download and install the latest Stonevoice Application Suite for Callmanager Express from the download area.
PC minimum requirements:
Operating Systems:
• MicrosoftT Windows 2000 Server with SP4,
• MicrosoftT Windows XP Professional,
• MicrosoftT Windows Server 2003 Standard, SBS Edition, Enterprise or Data Center Edition
Hardware requirements :
• PentiumT 1.4 Ghz,
• 256MB RAM,
• 20 GB Hard Drive,
• 1 Network Interface Card.

Technical Details

The details about the configuration for this scenario are the following:

  • Stonevoice Application Suite IP Address: 20.20.20.10,
  • CCME IP Address: 20.20.20.20,
  • CCME Telnet access: make sure that on the username, password and enable password are set to cisco (relevant for the IVR Manager and Queue Manager).

    Stonevoice Application Suite Configurations

    Unzip the package at the bottom of the page (Stonevoice configuration.zip), using the "unzip to folder" option. After installing the Stonevoice Application Suite, please run the Restore Utility. You can find it on:

    Start -> Program files -> Stonevoice Application Suite -> Backup/Restore

    Click on the "Restore" tab and select the unzipped package and click "Restore Now".If you are running an old version of the SAS, you should stop the services first (from the Web Int.)

    CallManager Express Configuration

    Copy the configuration from the file SDE_config_ CCME.txt,at the bottom of the page, in your CCME system.

    Getting Started

    Now, log into the Stonevoice Application Suite web interface http://20.20.20.10/fw using cisco as username and password.
    Click on:

    • SSAM link - Manage Service, press Stop and then Start
    • BILLY link - Manage Service, press Stop and then Start
    • CONCERTO link - Manage Service, press Stop and then Start
    • IVR Manager link - Manage Behaviour, press RunNow for Day behaviour
    • QUEUE Manager link - Manage Queues - Queue1, press Load Queue on CCME
    Test your System

    SSAM: You can now call 601 and wait to be redirected to the user voicemail and leave a message. Just press messages key on IP phone to access and listen
    IVR Mgr: You can call 9997 to access IVR sample
    Queue Mgr: You can call 9996 to access QUEUE sample
    Speedy: You can press Directories key to access the address book by Speedy
    Billy: after the first calls the accounting logs database will be populated
    Concerto: listen to your music file when put on hold on an external phone
